From Our Hands To Yours

We believe that great food is a hand-to-hand relationship – from the growers hands, to our hands, to yours. By choosing local providers for our ingredients, we can build and enjoy relationships with them. We can walk the rows of their fields with them, see what is coming into season and get inspiration for new dishes. Not only does this give us amazing experiences; it also gives our dishes unbelievable taste.

Rio Gozo Farm

“Your meal didn’t just take an hour to prepare, it took 110 days, because that’s when we started thinking about what you might like to eat.” – John Fonteyn

Rio Gozo Farm CSA provides high quality organic produce to community members within the Ventura watershed. We grow herbs, flowers, and vegetables for our subscription farming program and a select few restaurants in Ventura, Ojai, and Los Angeles.

Because farmer John Fonteyn is also a chef, he has a unique relationship with area restaurants and chefs.

Tamai Family Farms

Tamai Family Farms

Providing the safest, healthiest fruits and vegetables has been the goal of Tamai Family Farms for over 50 years.

Tamai Family Farms is a local provider of sustainable, quality, and accessible produce.  We believe that these three categories are a major concern to all of us when we purchase fresh goods.

Time tested growing practices have been passed down through four generations of growers, and are responsible for the beautiful and delicious produce we provide.  We believe that it is our environmental responsibility to cultivate and nourish this precious resource so that it will provide for future generations.

Boutique grower David Pommer grows between 3 to 10 acres of crops on a heritage property in Santa Paula. Depending on the season, he grows squash, tomatoes, green beans, arugula, carrots, chard, kale and more; many are heirlooms or unusual varieties. All are in high demand by restaurants and caterers.
